The app never works
I remember the old app, it was useless and never worked.
Keeps asking to verify email even though I’ve used the app few times already.
Have never received the email to verify this. Checked spam folder aswell and no email.
This new app is just as bad. Can’t go wrong with paper card stamped.

Great loyalty incentives
Thoroughly enjoyed my free coffee
Not a good start.
Downloaded the app, set it up, verified account, ordered three coffees and breakfast, assistant wasn’t sure how it worked, another member of staff told me to scan the QR code I did, asked me to verify account again, then error message a big Red Cross, try again later, what a con, missed out on three coffee stamps, go back to the old stamp system, it worked unlike this app.😡

So glad to have an app to store my coffee stamps! No more remembering to bring the card every time I have a coffee!
