Orders not working - developer refusing to fix
I placed a collection order and when I arrived they told me the app hasn’t worked for months and the app developer won’t fix it.
Just had an exceptionally disappointing experience at Bob & Berts Portstewart
I feel I must post a review of my experience at the above named Cafe.
I placed an order for Scrambled eggs with toast and Eggs Benedict both with Tea.
The customer facing staff who took my order and the floor staff who delivered the order I have absolutely no issue with and why I did not raise my complaint with them.
The scrambled egg and toast was expensive but edible. The Eggs Benedict on the other hand was disgusting, one half of a soda farl 2 pieces of bacon 2 eggs, and a splash of hollandaise sauce. All looked fine when brought to table until I cut into my eggs which were barely cooked and ice cold. Obviously partially poached earlier with the intention of finishing the cooking process when required. My first and last visit to Bob & Berts Portstewart and will certainly never be recommending this Cafe to anyone else.

Really easy app to use and the food is great
Great food, great service
Absolutely love Bob and Berts. The app is decent. I just wish there was a option to change your fries to another side instead of having to pay for a different side, or phoning to ask if we can change the fries to sweet potato fries. Please add this and I will change my 4/5 to 5/5 :D
Not working for Kirkcaldy
Always closed as status in the app, if you go onto the website says closed until X date. Missing a trick here as I think a decent delivery service would work really well here.
