Not working since i open the account
I have opened a new saving account in bank of baroda three days ago. Since then I have been trying to use this app for upi and for other services but this app is not working at all. Poor service really upset. And cant forget that they made me sit for almost 2 hours to open my account 😥

BOB e Pay
This is by far the worst app on the App Store, coupled with an equally poor support experience from the BOB customer service team. Every time we reach out, the only explanation we receive is, ‘Due to a network issue, please try again later.’ The app faces issues throughout the day, and the sole response from customer representatives is a repetitive, ‘Sorry’ and ‘Thank you for contacting us

Nice initiative
App is quite good and impressive and i strongly recommend to all users here. A little small change i would like to suggest is that app open speed and speed while working in app should be increased to make it more fair and competitive as compare to other app will serve the purpose. Many more things can be added in app at later stages as and when it becomes fully stabilizes. This is the first thing that should be improve to make it better from peer bank applications.

Not showing Txn History
App is good to use and user friendly... Here are my concerns...
1. In transaction history button I'm unable to see my Transactions Other than The amount I added to wallet...
2. When I tried bill pay, it is too slow to fetch the data.
3. Rewards and coupons are not activated.

As your app details is saying supporting iOS version is 13 above and when we try to open latest one its says i need to update to iOS 17. So for you guys i have to take new iPhone that is supporting iOS 17. Your developer didn’t think about lower compatibility in india most of the case user will not have latest iPhone or maybe the iPhone they have only supports 15. And you just increase your target iOS to 17 its more latest version. For current version 18.
Please fix this issue we are stuck to use your app and also for day to day banking.

Lots of improvements required in new update
1. If i create two ID in UPI management, i am not able to delete it. Earlier there is option to delete one of the upi id
2. I added a beneficiary contact and there is no option to pay to beneficiary i tried multiple time to tap on it but nothing happens.
Many more issues are there
UPI Number option is there but it’s always failed not able to use that option

App not opening
After update from bob world upi to e pay the app is not working and I am getting error “sorry for inconvenience contact your bank ”
App not working
App worked fine till 23rd September 2024. They have pushed a latest update and i am getting an error saying ‘Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly contact your bank’ while opening the app.
I even visited the bank to sort the issue. But they ensured me that there is nothing wrong from their side. UPI is active and mobile number is also active. They also mentioned its from the latest update.
Please fix the bug and re release ASAP.

Having issues to make payment in the latest updated version
Looks you guys deploy to production without testing it. Pathetic Experience With BOB
On opening UPI app it says “Sorry for inconvenience. Kindly contact the bank.” Why you guys have different apps for every different thing, customer has to have multiple apps just for a BOB account. Why can’t you give you UPI from bobworld app it self which will be helpful. Make tech so that it can be easy for users not difficult.

Bug after update in IOS App
Recent update in the application, there is no way I am able to do login just start logging and screen appears as a UPM amend it and change UPI pin. That’s the only screen I got every time I did uninstall and installation application multiple times but still it is not working. Please correct this immediately because of this I am not able to apply some IPO

Team the recent update has rendered a working and efficient app non-functional. There’s a communication error message being displayed every time when this app is switched on.
If your tech team can work on immediate remediation it will make sense.

Past one week I am not able to use this app and it is shown as communication error. Please rectify.
BHIMbaroda Pay : Updating issue
App wanted me to update, and is not getting updated when tried. I also tried updating it after deleting the app, however it is not allowing me to install the App on my device due to RBI Guidelines security reasons. Wrote mail also for fixing issue but it is yet to comply.

After the recent update app gets stuck on first page itself and asks us to download the update but even after updating the app it is showing same error page due to which I’m unable to login.

After updating to recent update, the app isn’t opening. App states to update the same even after updating the same. Bug should be addressed immediately.
Crashing!
App is crashing all the time, every time, I try to login. This is on iOS platform.
Never able to use this app properly. Missed so many payments. Tried to uninstall and then install, register again.
