Not fetching online account details to the app, I couldnāt see account details,
While Iām opening and providing app password it takes much time to enter to the dashboard (1 minutes). After click for account details it is not showing the details, only loading pop up is moving and stops without any results
Visit the branch fill a form to get the app working
I have been trying to use the app but it wonāt give me access. After calling your uae customer care I was informed that I need to visit branch, take token, fill a form for mobile app accessā¦.A non starter from the very beginning. You guys are still in the 18th century.
