DATA BREACH
I have recently had an issue with hacking and I’ve tracked it back to BobaBoba. DELETE your accounts and change your passwords on other accounts. This is unbelievable. The way it happened suggests a person did it, not a computer. I see other people here had similar security issues.
Security and store process
Experienced same security issue as previous review, and stores have a habit of saying drinks are ready when they are not.
Cost?
Costs more to order on App than in person?!
Keeps signing me into other people’s accounts.
Pretty serious data breach issue, whenever I sign into my account it signs me in and then changes to someone else’s account. I can see their name and email. When I order with the account it will order under their name. I reported this to one of the stores months ago and this is still not fixed.
