One of my favorite spots, their wraps, tender fries 10 out of 10 their buffalo sauce is so good. I highly recommend.
App Is a Disaster
I am a frequent eater of Bobwhite. I can live with the menu change (which did weaken the restaurant but the food is still very good).
But the app is horrendous. I was a user of the old app, with no issues. The new app is a giant glitch. It bombs out and restarts your order. You have to hit buttons many times for them to register.
I would say I went from eating 3-4x a week to 1-2x a week. I would suggest reverting to the old menu, but if that’s not possible, they can surely switch vendors, because it’s costing them business.

Awesome place but
Amazing chicken .. m come here every weekend (or twice) for years. Just a real shame they are changing up the menu (removed the fried chicken legs/wings/etc) . Everyone in the JC area is talking about it tbh. I hope they reconsider adding back all the original items. It quickly fell off my favorite spot now that all the offer is tenders & sandwiches.

The best food ! Every item we have ordered has been fresh, tasty and delicious! The wraps are so fabulous! My favorite is the buffalo chicken sandwich. Never disappoints. Service is quick and friendly!

App isn’t working and has rarely worked ever since they switched. I’m really annoyed.

They changed their menu and it’s terrible now. Used to be a great place to eat with dope menu. Not good now

I’ve never left an app review before. Used the old app untold times never with any trouble. This one does not work. Doesn’t have half the menu, orders don’t go through, rewards points didn’t transfer. Why would you do this? Please just switch back to the old app
Go back to the old app!
Loved the old app, but the new one is giving me an error message any time I try to sign in to get my saved rewards and profile. I guess based on other reviews I’ll have to set up a whole new account and lose all my reward points? Ugh, what a downgrade.

Rewards don’t transfer
Neither my phone number nor email (both of which were connected to the old app) were recognized. I had to create a new account with the same info so my rewards didn’t transfer.
Issues
It was difficult to get into the new app. Then finally get in and my previous loyalty points did not transfer
Why change a good thing?
The old app worked well. The new app won’t even let me order. It just freezes on the screen. Plus, my rewards didn’t transfer over from the old app. Terrible business practices it’s a pity because the sandwiches are great.
