So disappointed at my first purchase
This was my first purchase from boddess ..I ordered 2 Innisfree blueberry rebalancing cream but instead of that they sent me lotus cream… and when I initiated return request inspite of having easy return policy they refused the return request saying they packed the correct item.. i also sent them the unboxing video But still they are not working on it So dissatisfied and disappointed I wasted my money

Warning! Dont buy from here
Kindly avoid buying from this site. They will ship very old stock products which is almost expiring. I had ordered a product which was manufactured 2.5years ago and had a shelf life of only 6months more. On connecting with the customer care, they kept on insisting thats its still within the expiry period

Glitchy app, doesn’t work
I couldn’t get past the registration window. The app kept saying “could not register. Try again later” multiple times. I’ve Iphone 13.
