BodiTrak Bed Monitor is an easy to use, stretchable, pressure and shear monitoring system that is applied on top of a bed surface. It assists in identifying and managing areas on a patients skin where they may be experiencing high pressures and shear forces. It is a powerful tool to help prevent tissue trauma, increase patient comfort, monitor support surface performance, and educate both clients and caregivers.
Using a BodiTrak Bed Monitor with a Dataport or BodiTrak2 Sensor allows a user to easily access Risk and Gradient information. The software also includes a timer option with selectable time periods. BodiTrak Bed Monitor provides the patient or caregiver with essential information for improving patient care and reducing the expense of healing wounds.
