App downgrade (5 star studio)
I regret updating from version 5.002 to 7.808.
The schedule layout for booking classes in the older version was visually nicer, easier and thus faster to interpret, and overall more conveniently organized compared to the latest one, which seems to be a common class booking format in apps and websites for fitness businesses.
I think the new schedule format has made it harder to quickly discern useful information about individual classes as well as more work to understand the studio’s class schedule. I miss using the older version, because the previous schedule format displayed info in a way that made it easy to glance at the schedule and immediately see things like class start time, whether classes are (un)available, which classes occur at the same time, number of people signed up: total space available, etc. Now I feel slowed down when trying to quickly book classes on the go.
It was dumb of me to see a preview and install the app update when the older version was still functional enough to book classes.

Can’t log in

Good start. Still in beta.
The whole point of this app, should be to make managing your classes easier. And while its very helpful to be able to cancel/book your classes without signing into mindbody, I cannot see the classes I am waitlisted on, at all.
This is super important, because if you know B&P at all, you know you have to sign up for the classes you want WEEKS ahead of time. If you don't make it in, you'll probably be added to a waitlist. When you sign in via a computer you can view the waitlists you're on and your place in line, and cancel if necessary.
Take today, as an example. Yesterday, I cancelled all the classes I was added to for today, but did not remember (nor see via my B&P app) that I was first in line on a waitlist. 2.5 hours before this class begins this morning, I was called by B&P to let me know I made it into a class I don't even remember being wait listed for!! So then I get charged a late cancellation fee, when I cancelled all of my other classes for the day with ample notice.
In summary, B&P is a lovely place. But it's already a luxury I can hardly afford. The classes are pricey, and for a brooklynite, it's a trek. It would be nice if this app enabled you to manage your waitlist so you wouldn't be charged the ridiculous late cancellation fees for being added at the last minute and not being able to make it.

It a nice way to sign up for class on the go! I still manage my account online but if I ever need to add or delete really quick the app is perfect!!!
