Excellent Resource

I LOVE BCP Central. New videos are uploaded every month and are categorised into workouts, workshops and tutorials. As a BCP Teacher, I can do a Pilates programme whenever I want for any length of time. I also pass on any new mat variations onto my clients. All the BCP Teachers are second to none!
