the app doesnt let you even try it without signing up for a subscription. ive downloaded other pic apps that either dont allow landscape or only use the feont camera. i have no idea if this app is different without signing up for a sub to even take ONE pic to verify the feature. so youre basically downloading an ad or an opportunity to pay for the app.

you should provide SOMETHING for the download.

i appreciate the devs privacy policy.

You have to pay to use this app

If you need to pay to even use this app then it should be a purchase only download, I had to install and then uninstall. So shady, just be clear people need to pay or better yet run a free app with ads like every other ad instead of being money hungry.

Make your app cost money

Garbage. Who makes a subpar app then charges users for the bare minimum ? Why did I have to download this to find out it costs money? Why not just make your app NOT free? Don’t waste your time downloading—can’t even use it.

Used to be free for 1 album but now paid for everything

The app is fine and used it for about a month when it was free for 1 album until they changed it. Can’t get my old photos anymore oh well.

The price is too expensive for what it is. Lots of apps that offer free for 1 album and lets you expand later if you decide to pay for it like selfie a day which is a more refined app. Then there is something like Lapsey that does most of what this app does for 1/10 of its price for lifetime access and also free for 1 album. And other body apps that use AI to approximate your measurements as well as keep track of photos

In order to justify the price, they will need to add more features like AI to approximate measurements.

We focus on long term, accurate visual progress using your real photos, kept private on your device and in iCloud, rather than uploading them to AI systems for estimates that can be inconsistent and come with privacy trade-offs. The lifetime option is designed for people who want a one time purchase for an app they may use for years, with ongoing updates and support, while shorter term plans are also available. AI based measurement features are something we’ve discussed, and feedback like yours helps shape what we build next. Thanks again for giving Metamorph a try and for the honest feedback.

Broken

Since I updated to the new iOS, the app has not worked at all. Any time I try to click on a morph, the app freezes completely.

Happy to edit this review once fixed.

We did briefly search around for our marbles and can confirm they are still accounted for :) The lifetime option is for people who want a one and done purchase with full access forever. We have been pleasantly surprised by how popular it is. If you are only looking for a short term solution, we also offer lower cost options monthly or annually. Lifetime means we commit to supporting the app and ongoing updates for the long haul. Not for everyone, but it is there for those who want it.

Paywalled after a year! Lost all my pictures

Used to be a great app but the developer decided to completely paywall it a year after I started using it which means I’ve now lost all my pictures. There is no free option anymore.

App Freezes

I had high hopes for this app but it keeps freezing on me and I am forced to swipe up to force quit the app and I have to do that twice in order to attempt creating another one. I purchased this and I want my money back. Disappointed!

Wasserzeichen auch bei der gekauften Version vorhanden

Ich kann nicht verstehen, dass ein Wasserzeichen mit dem App Namen immer vorhanden ist. Bei einer kostenlosen Version kann ich es verstehen, aber bei einer gekauften ist das eine Unverschämtheit.

Trotz gekaufter pro Version wird im rechten unteren Teil des Fotos stets der App-Name zugefügt. Kann man nicht entfernen.
Sonst wäre die App eigentlich super.

Brilliant. But delete the watermark.

It’s a great app. But please allow us to delete the watermark the app puts on the resultant saved pic. Outputted Video (MP4) needs to be a lot better quality. The still shots making up the video are very high quality, so the 358x500 pixels that the app outputs is absolute garbage. If these were out right I’d give 5 stars.
