error every time after trying to measure

When it was measured light temperature, it said error and measuring my heart rate I wasn’t even moving, and it kept restarting

honestly not sure why i thought this would work. considering that it doesn’t bother to use the cameras and thermal imaging to determine fever. it was useless and ridiculously pricey for potentially one of the worst experiences ever.
