About
BodyAtlas is the strength training logger built around one question: what should I train today?
THE HEATMAP
Every set you log deposits fatigue onto the muscles that did the work. Fatigue fades on a recovery curve (large muscles like quads recover slower than small ones like biceps), and the front-and-back body diagram colors each muscle from hot to cool so you can see your recovery state at a glance. Tap any muscle to drill into its recent training history.
THE LOGGER
Two to three taps per set. Weight and reps autofill from your last session on the same exercise. About 800 bundled exercises from the open Free Exercise DB, plus unlimited custom exercises that slot into the heatmap.
PERSONAL RECORDS
PR markers and 1RM estimates (Epley and Brzycki formulas) on every set, with per-exercise history.
APPLE HEALTH
BodyAtlas writes every finished workout to Apple Health as a Traditional Strength Training session, and reads your last 30 days of strength and cardio on first launch so the heatmap is populated from day one.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No backend. Your data lives on your device and syncs across your own iPhone and iPad through your private iCloud. We never see it.
ONE PURCHASE, FOREVER
BodyAtlas Pro is a single one-time purchase. No subscriptions, no ads, no free-tier feature lock that pressures you into recurring billing. Buy it once, own it.
WHAT'S NOT IN HERE
No AI-generated workout programs. No social feed. No Apple Watch app (yet). No web version. BodyAtlas is one tightly-scoped tool: the heatmap and the logger that feeds it.
