So EASY to use!!
I love this app!!! It has been easier to use than any other fitness app ive tried (and ive tried all the big name ones). I was using 3 different apps to get all the features i needed, but now i have all those things in one app. Yay!!
The Meal Scanner is my favorite feature so far. I was using a well known tracker to log macros, but it was a big hassle. Now i just point and tap. The scanner has successfully logged everything I’ve thrown at it so far. From lamb curry to chicken verde enchiladas to ceviche to Mediterranean bowls. I’m in awe. When i eat out i can snap a pic of my plate and never worry that my macros are wrong. No more guessing. It even gave me the correct single portion info when i took a picture of an entire paella!!!
Second favorite feature is the body scanner. Im on a weight-loss journey, so this one is a big plus for me. Its hard to see the changes in my body from week to week, but the body scanner shows me where im losing fat and gaining muscle. This has really motivated me, and helped me target different areas as i make progress.
Setting up the app was a breeze. Tanya the AI trainer guides you through the process… it took me maybe 3 minutes? Maybe less.
I like that i can see a video of the exercises im doing so i can correct my form, or try something new without feeling silly. And if i want to lift weights today and do pilates tomorrow, it keeps up with me and helps me align my goals.

Amazing app, truly motivating experience.
I love this app, it gets me in the gym and gives me great workouts. Will be my go to when working out from now on.
Amazing Calorie Tracker
The ai meal scan feature is incredible. Snap a picture and it automatically tracks everything. Describing a meal or snack quickly if you forgot is great as well. This feature alone is amazing and is helping me stay on track. Just getting back in Shape and this is great. Workouts are solid. Thumbs up from me!

Too many features missing on day one
I wasn’t able to get modifications in the app. Bad ankles, bad knees, bad hips. It also isn’t with Apple Health.
