It sucks

All it does is nothing stupid app

Strong App, Needs More Customization

The app is reliable, but it could use additional options for video quality settings.

Response from developer

Thank you! :) v2 added these options a bit more.

Makes you feel safe

The world can be a scary place! As a single parent, having this app puts your mind at ease. Easy to use! Highly recommended!

Has Potential...

Too many missing features. This app will never replace a physical body cam. Apple iPhones are poorly designed. They do not allow for the efficient dissipation of heat when under heavy load. The camera generates ungodly amounts of heat swiftly, resulting in the dreaded Thermometer of Death screen. I work on a crusty rust-bucket ambulance in Az. I do not have time to launch an app, look for a tiny record button, replace the phone in a holster while my anus is being violated by some tweaked-out opiod abuser. You cannot effectively use this app in loop recording. Even if it was capable, the Thermometer of Death activation is a certainty. The likeliness of cancelling a recording event while replacing and/or touching your phone makes this app a novelty. Enable button and screen lockouts instead of all the pretty font overlay options. This app does not allow for switching to the ultrawide angle lens. PERIOD. This is a very serious flaw. I cannot reccomend this app in any serious capacity. It has potential, but simply cannot compete with even the cheapest body cams from China-virus on Amazon. This app could have easily been a $9.99 or $14.99 one time purchase if more thought had been put into it...

Thank you for your service and your candid review, Ambulance Worker. Your feedback helps us grow, and we appreciate your recognition of our potential. Our upcoming version will feature chunked recording, which should resolve several of the issues you mentioned. We kindly ask that you reconsider your 2‑star rating, and we’re always available to discuss any concerns via email. We’re also working on screen and button lockouts, among other features. Please note that there are some limitations on iOS compared to Android. This review seems to highlight feature requests rather than the app’s true capabilities, and we’re happy to roll out these features. As stated on our website, version 2 is in development and will be available soon, offering enhanced homescreen controls and additional recording options. We challenge the notion that it will never replace a physical device. As noted on our website, this is version 1, and many enhancements are on the way. After reviewing our bug reports, we haven’t identified any issues from users in AZ. If you encounter a bug/issue, please report it in the app—we currently have hundreds of sessions running smoothly. If you've had a thermal shutdown, the recording should still be saved. Evidence integrity would be maintained as now. In addition, we’re planning many upgrades such as GPU and thermal optimizations to the core; our multi‐hour recording sessions have already proven successful but we can appreciate your viewpoints. In the future we'll have wearable hardware options too.
