Visual Data Nerds Dream
I appreciate the nutrient tracker- not only calories. It’s so important to see any gaps in my diet now that my appetite has shifted, and this makes that possible in one glance. I love that I can sort it daily and also see my entire week total for all my vitamins and minerals- even with the option to sort low to high so I can check in mid week to see where I’m low, so I can bump it up on days when my appetite is stronger. In the long run this will help keep me balanced and not have gaps in my nutrition which is so important to me as I’m building new habits.
I’ve been impressed with the accuracy of the ai food scanner- it was able to pick up on the swirl of honey in my already mixed Greek yogurt. The portion estimates has been spot on as well!
The Progress section is greatly motivating, with multiple charts and graphs, and I love that users can pick from various macro goals- whatever your diet type, there is a fit for you here, and they make it easy to stay in the lines.
The Fitness portion automatically shows me which muscle groups I worked out last, so I know what to hit next so I’m not guessing. There are a ton of workouts pre loaded, so I can click and go- or you can add your own. It’ll even track weight and reps, so no guessing if your strength is improving- it’s all there for you in simple data!
Overall, this app felt a bit intimidating at first, but if you just log what you can as you start, you can learn it very quickly and within two weeks you’ll have a grasp on all the features and feel that motivation building into new habits.
Please, give this one a try! You won’t be disappointed!

Thank you for taking the time to write this — genuinely one of the most thoughtful reviews we've received. The mid-week low-to-high nutrient check is exactly how that screen was meant to be used. Reviews like this are a big deal for a small team, and we really appreciate it.
Amazing app

Thank you! You're right about the recipe builder — that bug is fixed: update to 1.1.2 and your recipes will save correctly. We read every report sent through the in-app bug report option and usually ship fixes within the week, so anything else you hit, send it our way. We'd love to earn that fifth star.
