I don’t usually write reviews, but when I do, that’s how you know I love the app!!!! I’ve been with Go Body Evo for a while, and joining it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The workouts are formed in an instant according to your age, weight, etc. There are options for bodyweight workouts, home workouts, gym workouts, and more. So... if you don’t have a gym membership or even WEIGHTS, you can still do a beneficial workout. They also have sections for warming up muscles, joint rehab, yoga, meditation, meal plans, etc. which are all included in the membership.
As a member, I can definitely say that this is likely the BEST and CHEAPEST option for anyone that you could possibly find. I know it has been for me!!

Awesome App but has a bug as of 5/13/21
The app is awesome and I like how it displays everything you need from your account. Developers are quick to fix bugs too!
My favorite gym program
The program is very considerate with your time at 1-1.5 hours to complete which is nice because I don’t always have the time for a 2.5hour workout. The workouts change from week to week which keeps things fresh and I always feel pumped and exhausted when I leave the gym

Brenden Meyers is the goat! Seriously this guy and his team have created an amazing program for anyone to follow. Regardless if you are in a gym or at home you can get shredded! Try it now! You won’t be disappointed!
Finally an app version
I’ve been using this program for a while. Workouts are great, the right length, and very challenging. I’m so excited they finally launched the app version.
