Keep Getting Error 0014
This app worked faultlessly until the last update. I can’t get in anymore, it just gives me an error 0014 notification.
Transfer funds online
It’s great to be able to Transfer funds to/from accounts online, especially with the COVID pandemic and high gas prices. This feature makes it so convenient for customers.

Accessibility
I have nothing but praise and gratitude for all the help from BOH! In my need of assistance BOH assisted me in reopening my account. I needed an institution to deposit my first check since May of 2019. My last deposit stimulated some hope but I knew that would be temporal. Now that I am reemployed, I am proud to be accepted as Ohana and able to bank with a safe, secured, and emphatic institution!

Mobile Deposits
Why do I have to enter my email address when it’s already on record/on file? If I’m already receiving my statements and other bank communiques via email, it just seems redundant to have to enter my email address, right?

The BEST bank and APP
Easiest bank to bank with by far. Hassle free transactions and quick service. Their ATMs inside and out are nearly never out of service and if they are, the tellers are quick and to the point to allow fast deposits and withdrawals. The APP is also the most well put together app among all the bank apps. I can transfer between my accounts in seconds, deposit checks on the fly and the app is only under maintenance once or twice a YEAR. This app and this bank is clearly the superior bank. If you’re not banking with Bank of Hawaii; hwaii not?!

Security
It always requires me to re-enroll my phone number every time I login. Even though I logged in 5 mins ago.
Unreliable
If you’re using an app for finance, you want reliability. Although nice when it lets you in, this app will regularly make it difficult for you to gain access. As was mentioned by another person in the comments, you’re better off using the website.
