Doesn’t DO anything.

Reports the RAC and credit by project, but has no sorting, no graphing, no reason at all to use this instead of any of the stats websites that DO all of those things. And really? Typing userid and password over and over again for every project? I gave up after three. Plus the list of projects to pick from is incomplete and outdated. Decent idea, horrible execution.

Basic, exactly what I wanted

Decided to dedicate a bunch of older Raspberry Pi’s to World Community Grid and wanted an iPhone app to track results. The app isn’t flashy, but does the job perfectly.

Awesome tool!

I would like to request, if at all possible, the ability to re-order projects in the list or sort. Otherwise, fantastic and simple to use!

For World Community Grid it shows average and total credit. That’s it.

If you’re trying to track your World Community Grid, good luck. I downloaded this app a year ago and it didn’t work. Just downloaded it again today, still doesn’t work. Why have an app that does nothing? Suspicious, wondering what data it steals.

New update is out with instructions for how to configure World Community Grid to share statistics with apps like this one. IBM started requiring some extra setup, I apologize for the confusion.

Crashes

No details load. Only see total credit. Browser icon causes crash as does chat icon.

This is likely due to not having a network connection when you tried, could you confirm that you can browse the web outside of the app and then try again? The app does need work on saying what the network status is, thank you for the report.

Will not let you add projects

Something wrong with this app or I’m missing something. I added 3 projects but when trying to add the 4th the app will minimize instead of hi-lighting save.

By minimize do you mean that the app crashes and exits? Which project is the fourth one you tried adding?

Works great!

Helpful to see an overview of BOINC projects. Would be nice to see breakdown by host and a simple graph showing change, but this is a great start!

Very Basic

Main problem with this app is that it doesn’t have all the projects listed in the actual software itself.

Also it could incorporate the same analytical charts and graphs that the actual software has and possibly the task and project information as well.

Hi robertev95, World Community Grid is now supported.

In use since 2001

No Space Odyssey necessary. I have been using the SETI project since the 1990’s. This app allows me to view current projects and stats on my iPhone without waiting for desktop systems to become available.

Does the job

A convenient way to track projects. Especially convenient for folks with a number of projects. Would be nice to have option for individual host stats; would also be nice to graph stats over time, but those options would be frosting on the cake. Thanks for the app!

It Doesn’t Do Anything

I entered my name and password into the app and it doesn’t appear to do anything. Or does it? So I had to change my password at the Boinc website. Geez, thanks.

Hi MGR1900, apologies. By “doesn’t do anything” do you mean that it shows 0 average and total credits? There might be a bug where it doesn’t handle an incorrect login properly, so I just want to understand the issue before fixing it in an update.
