I want to subscribe to the 9.99$ monthly but it just errors out each time

Can’t login on the app, so it’s effectively a useless app at this point.

Just like other reviews from over a year ago, you can’t login using this app but you can login fine using the website. I don’t understand how Boingo can let this issue continue for so long.
Dishonest. Expensive and useless
Dishonest merchant: every two months without consent they try to bill the account that appears and was expired months ago. Additionally, at Rome International airport App hasn’t options to connect/find to a WiFi/hotspots by itself. A loop trying to connect to a free hotspot. Desperate and poor app.

海外で繋がったのは空港など元々無料のwi-fiのポイントであるためboingoでなくても無料で繋がる。boingoでもつけたポイントにわざわざ行っても繋がらなかった。繋がるところは無料スポットです。ニューヨーク中心部でも全くつながらなかった。
I can’t subscribe
I just received my new black MC. I read that one of the perks is a boingo subscription however, the website says my card is ineligible and when I called to MC, they said they finished the partnership with boingo. But the app still says for MC users. Who is lying?
Would not login
The app does allow me to login though I can login via the website. What’s the need for the app?

Stop scamming people with this broken beat down app. Trash app is slow and buggy. Dangerous nasty inappropriate behavior coming from this app.
Wasted my time
Received this for free through my credit card, after trying to log on for 10 min and having to reset passwords as it keeps saying I mistyped, I’ve deleted the app.

Incompetent and useless.
The basics of any IT development is to test things before deploying. They don’t seem to understand this concept. The service has never worked, turns out they have incorrect passpoint profiles being distributed. Nothing is as seemless as they advertise. Never ending issues, avoid completely.
The most useless app ever.
I’ve been in central Rome, Florence, venice, Paris, London. It’s hard to locate any wifi hotspot. Followed the direction to the nearby hotspot, the connection I was inconsistent and slow.
Waste of money.
I signed up for this at Chicago O'Hare a few minutes ago. It does not allow access to any wi-fi in one of the largest airports in the world. I cancelled it and since there is apparently no trial period, I lost $9.99 needlessly.

I downloaded this app hoping to be able to use when I travel but the app is confusing and the service is horrible. Worst of all I paid for a subscription and then the app charged me for it again. Double charged for a service that doesn’t work and an app that is not functioning.
Sorry attempt at Wi-fi services.
Dumped by American Express, VISA wants no part of Boingo, MasterCard is struggling with Boingo. There Customer Support like their WiFi service is struggling. Boingo has been around almost 20 years and they are still incredibly incompetent.
Hardly ever it works
You never get connected right off the bat, you have to go through a whole lot of loops to get connected. And test speed alwyas fail. If it wasn't for Amex not worth paying for it!
