Terrible for food orders
I can’t get the scan card feature to work- tried multiple times on multiple cards. Once I put my order in, I get a text that my order has been received followed immediately by a text telling me it’s been picked up. Odd. I head over and walk over to the counter to pick up. The employee doesn’t seem to know which orders are pick up and which ones haven’t been paid for even though it’s a different color receipt. Hoping that they get a system where they don’t accidentally give away an order that I already paid for.

Can’t sign up. Can’t sign in. North end Store personnel no help,, “didn’t know we had an app.”
Good app but hard to read your order in the cart
We order through this app all the time. It seems to work well but it’s hard to read the contents of your order when it’s in the cart. You can’t update your sandwich, or even see enough characters of the text of each item (type of bread, cheese, etc) when it’s in the cart. But otherwise it’s a great app! We like picking up our pre-made order and not needing to wait for preparation.
