Does not render
Something changed a few months ago and app will no longer render on my phone. I have to turn it sideways and it only gives half the screen and is basically impossible to use.

Boise Juice co is one of may favorite local businesses and their app makes it even more convenient for me to get my favorite açaí bowls, smoothies, and juice from them! Not to mention it offers curbside delivery and/or allows for me to skip the line when I’m in a rush! I also am able to track all of my points and rewards right in the app! So convenient!

Collects Sensitive Info
Why in the world does a juice app collect sensitive info? Be careful what you download in the App Store and read very carefully the kinds of info they collect on you. There is zero reason they need to collect sensitive info, and they need to switch to a more respectable app developer.

I have tried to use this app so many times but I’m never lets me create an account. I’ll add my number but it never lets me get past the verification page. This has been an issue for over six months now. Incredibly frustrating.
Worst App I’ve Used
It looks nice, but the first attempt to use has too much trip wire. Likely if you are persistent you will figure it out, but it’s terrible UX for new users.

Can’t get past the first screen
Can’t even get on the app. It asks for a phone number but doesn’t allow me to enter one.

Can’t seem to log in to the app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing. It won’t let me enter the verification code. I enter my email and password and won’t go any further.

I mean who doesn't love being able to pay early, and skip some of the line ! Easy to use, and you can earn posits/discounts when you use it to order and pay. I will say, it's a good idea to give them a decent amount of time to finish the order, but it's usually done in about 20 minutes or so...depending on order size ;) Or you can place a future order (for those days that you just KNOW you'll need something later😂) All in all it's a great tool, and an easy way to get my fruit fix faster !

This is actually a really great app, it’s super user friendly and self explanatory! It has the full menu on it and even offers a way to place orders for a future time. It also offers the same rewards as it does in the actual store which is amazing bc you still get all the same points!

This app is easy to use and it makes ordering ahead very simple, I especially love that they offer curbside pickup! The app also allows me to see all the rewards that I have earned and it even gave me a $5 off discount for entering my birthday!

Boise Juice Co. is the absolute best. I use the app to order specifically what I want and add any modifications. I learned that ordering on the app is fast and easier to beat the line in-store! So convenient!
I love being able to order BJC off of the app, it makes grabbing a healthy snack so easy. It also lets me see what juices the store has in stock so I know what options I’ll have when I go in to grab some! They also let me customize my bowl on the app, which is nice because some platforms don’t let you customize items when ordering online, so I can get my perfect bowl even when i’m in a hurry!

Boise Juice is by far my favorite place ever! The smoothies, juice and açaí bowls are delicious! They keep the app up to date and always have their fresh cold pressed juices availability up to date! The employees always have my app order ready to go and perfectly delicious! 20/10 recommend!

Easy & quick to order!
The app makes it super simple to submit my lunch order while at work, and they have my food ready by the time I get to the store to pick it up! Makes it easy to track my points, plus I get discounts through the app that I normally wouldn’t get if I didn’t have it!
