terrible app. as a student and parent you can’t find absolutely anything that you need. its a maze of unhelpful information and even the simplest directions can’t be followed without confusion. this app is TERRIBLE

I like the app and the layout is good, but the app just doesn’t work. I pages load indefinitely and I can’t see my meal swipes/flex dollars.

The app doesn’t even start up anymore
This app has been broken for months now and yet there hasn’t been any initiative from the developer(s) to work on it…
Every time you try to start the app the screen is completely blank, so if that’s what you’re looking for then look no further.

Works fine with some issues
The app overall works good. It’s fast, pulls up what I need, and is easy to navigate. The app would look fine, but if you have Dark mode enabled on a device with a notch, there’s a huge, bright, and empty white box at the top of the screen. With everything else being dark, the white box is annoying at night. Other then the white box, everything else is good. One suggestion I have would be the ability to add your Bronco Barcode to Apple Wallet, so I can pull it up with Siri. Good app!

Bummer
This app used to be great and made everything on your boise state account accessible. It has been changed in the last year or two to almost a completely useless version that only tells you what classes you’re enrolled in. Bummer, go back to the old setup Boise.
Not really useful
While I like the looks of the new app format, without access to shuttle tracker, and blackboard, I have no reason to use this on a daily basis.

This app is useless for me. It freezes up when i enter my username and password.

Completely useless for students. Without blackboard access and gmail, I will not be using this app any longer. It has simply become a social media spam app!!

This app uses to give you everything you could need, the only downside was you had to log in every time you opened it.
Now they have the app save your log in at the expense of accessibility. Extremely watered down version of what we had. They removed a very large number of features and it’s simply not worth having on your phone at this time. I know there will he updates incoming that will make it better again, but compared to what we had, this app is currently useless.

Missing the Substance
New app update looks and functions much smoother than the old (and not having to resign in every time is niceeee).
Unfortunately, this update is missing the main aspects that made the app useful to students in the first place—bronco mail and blackboard access. I am extremely disappointed and frankly bewildered that these features were so completely forgotten by developers in the updated app. Without them this nice-looking app is inherently useless and an embarrassment! I hope these issues will be rectified soon.

This last update is confusing and useless. I don’t care for the news, I want to see my email. I don’t need channels, I need my blackboard.

Used to give access to Blackboard
I used to use this app all the time to access Blackboard and my student email. I no longer have the same options that I used to have now that it has been upgraded. Harder to navigate and does not allow me to access student email or Blackboard.

Can’t Even Log In
Yes, my password is correct. It says “Login Success, if your are not redirected tap the button below”. This leads to a reload and an endless cycle of the same screen.
Based on how long it took to get the “stay logged in” feature (I earned a masters in the time it took them to add this most basic of features!), I’m sure I’ll have a doctorate by the time it’s fixed.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry to hear you're having trouble. There is a known issue where on occasion the app gets stuck on the "Login Success" screen. It is a bug we are working on. In the meantime, you can go to "Settings" under the "More" tab and tap logout. This is a temporary workaround and will force you to log back in. The "stay logged in" feature was never a technology challenge, but rather it took a while to relax the policy that prevented students from staying signed in. We hope to provide a lot more great features and hopefully before you earn your doctorate ;) More to come.
Great app for Boise State students
After the newest update, this app is a must-have for any Boise State student. Helps me track grades and class info and it will definitely be seeing much more use this coming fall.
