This app is not user friendly. I feel this app is made for Bangladesh only. I really respect the writers from bangladesh, they have amazing talent of writing. I tried many time to purchase their ebook through this app but I am not able to login in this app. Never got a OTP to login.

My account is registered with an US number. In the app, Apple Pay isn’t working, so I logged out. And when I tried to log back into account I didn’t receive the OTP . Can you please fix it. Another thing even if I log with Facebook or Apple ID,Apple pay doesn’t work. Can please check what is actually going on

Log in issue
Hi, I registered my account with a US phone number. Initially, everything worked smoothly. However, after logging out of the app, I tried to log back in, but I didn’t receive the OTP on my number. Could you please check this issue?
Can’t find the books I purchased
App is okay but it has some serious glitches. Can’t find the books I’ve previously purchased. That’s not acceptable.

From my experience it’s the best cheapest Bengali ebook reader and also has best UI quality of my experience.

I purchased almost 80 books that I haven’t finished reading yet. Accidentally I logged out from the app and now couldn’t log back in. I used my phone number for login and never received any otp code. Please help me with this. I am so upset about this. I love reading books. I really do not want to lose my account. Thank you.

Make sign in option unique for both Android & iOS. However, UI is not looking good.

iOS version needs a lot of development
অ্যাপটা অ্যান্ড্রয়েটে এত স্মুথ চলে অথচ iOS এ এতই স্লো যে প্রতিবার বিরক্ত হতে হয়। বই ওপেন হতে অনেক সময় নেয়, ঠিকমত হাইলাইটও করা যায় না। একবার রেফারেন্স/টীকার নাম্বারে চাপ পড়লে আর রক্ষে নেই। সেখান থেকে আবার রেফারেন্স নাম্বারে চাপ দিয়ে ফিরে আসতে গেলে অপেক্ষার পালা ফুরোতেই চায় না। বিরক্ত হয়ে পড়াই বন্ধ করে দিই। iOS 16 চালাচ্ছি। জানি না অ্যাপের উন্নতি কবে হবে।

have you turned on show full page count in book settings? if so then please turn off show full page count. it will speed ip things. if you still face problems then send us a screen recording so that we can fix it.

Amazing app, specially for those who are pdf lover. They have huge collection of books and need to add more. I’m happy with this bug free app.

Broken app & bad UI
UI feels depressing. Poor book collection.
If you accidentally press login before putting any number the whole app just crushes.
Book downloading often doesn’t work.
The reader sometimes cuts off texts.

This app is good but it can be better.
I love the idea and appreciate the initiative to do something like this. This app looks and feels decent to me. The UI is very clean and comfortable. I like it. 👍
But there is still some scope to make it a little bit better.
Here's what I would love to be added and fixed.
1. When I created my profile I typed my password I saw the cursor moving as I typed on an empty white box. There was no option to see my password. So maybe you can add a ‘Show Password’ button to fix it.
2. When I tried to adjust the font and text size, the app crashed. It happened to me several times.
3. Like other great ebook or pdf readers, maybe there can be an option to read the book in ‘continuous scrolling page’ beside ‘single page view’. Some people love scrolling more than swiping/sliding.

Good app but unusable in abroad
Good app but I can’t log in from abroad. I think there is a lot of demand among Bangladeshi living in abroad (specially USA/Canada) for a kindle or kobo like ebook app with Bangla books. Please update the app so that we can create an account from abroad. One of the ways can be the usage of email address in addition to the phone numbers if you cannot send the verification messages to other countries.
