Used to be fun
I've played this game for years and am so disappointed in what it has become. It has always be a little glitchy, but now it's virtually unplayable. The game freezes, forcing me to shut it down. This results in lost gems, lost boosts, and lost progress. I reached out to customer service, and their answer was laughable. The rep basically said they know there's an issue, it will probably keep happening, and only an app update will fix it. But they don't know when the app will ever be updated. So disappointing.

Keeps freezing
Love the game but it keeps freedom up had to delete off of phone
It’s actually pretty fun.
It’s a really nice little twist to all those other puzzle gem games.
