Langsam schlechter Apple Watch Support
Die App reagiert etwas langsam. Was aber viel störender ist das ohne ersichtlichen Grund die Apple Watch eine Meldung bringt das man sich auf dem Iphone anmelden soll. Wenn man ohne das Smartphone vor der Tür steht, nur mit der Apple Watch ist das ein ganz großes Problem. Übrigens, auf dem Telefon ist man trotz dieser Meldung sauber angemeldet.

Good, but has bugs
Good app, but the home screen widget does not show up properly. It is just plain white with a grey square and rectangle, please fix this.

For the last five maybe ten years I’ve wanted a smart front door lock where I could give people access temporarily but a lock that you’re not replacing the battery every few weeks.
This is the one!
Great device with super easy setup(actually too easy I kept thinking is that it!).

Awful
We use it for a year now and it constantly deletes accounts and kicks someone out for no reason. It’s a dreadful solution. Please spare yourself a headache and keep on looking.
Visual cue whether locked is a MUST
I cannot believe this essential feature is missing from the app. The whole UX needs reviewing - it is a bit of a worry not knowing if you managed to lock the front door if you’re going away! Please fix this.
Also the history bit should be more verbose and useful - ‘Activation’ does not give us any indication as to whether the lock was opened or closed.
It’s worrying that the issue was pointed out by another customer some 3 years ago and there’s not been any fix.
Please can the developers comment here if it’s an unfixable issue? If yes, Bold shouldn’t sell this product.

Buggy
I try to invite people but buttons in the app just don’t work. Had to restart the app multiple times because it got stuck. Hope this gets solved.

Verstehe nicht warum man sich alle paar Wochen in der App immer neu anmelden muss. Das nervt nur noch. Sonst wäre die App echt ok
Carplay control
Very happy with the purchase of my Bold Smart Locks - question for the developers: are there any plans to add the app to Carplay, that would enable me to open the gate (connect controller) and doors directly from my car!! That would extremely handy… no more remotes needed…
Auto enter vs. CarPlay
Sinds de laatste update begint de CarPlay muziek zwaar te haperen als ik m’n thuis nader. Als ik auto entry uitschakel blijft de muziek perfect spelen. Geen idee of het een Bold probleem is of een Apple probleem, want CarPlay krijgt niet al te veel liefde van Cupertino.
Voor de rest een zéér tevreden Bold Smart Lock gebruiker. 👌

Does not auto unlock
Randomly the door lock does not Auto Unlock as I approach the door anymore. The settings are set to the correct settings.
The app crashed on me 3 times and was stuck outside. Couldn’t use the manual lock as it’s quite complicated to use

An sich gut aber…
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Schlössern, allerdings fragt die Apple Watch immer nach einem Login obwohl das Mobile eingeloggt ist. Ohne Option mit der Watch ins Haus zu kommen ist es leider nicht perfekt.
Does not tell you if it’s locked or not
The app is ok BUT this smart lock is not that smart because the app does not tell you if you have locked the door or not. Come on guys please update the app and add these features.
Also, give me the option of what radius I would like? Only gives me 200m. Be nice to have 150m, 100m, 50m etc.

Alles werkt prima.
Maar openen via de watch blijft een erg riskante onderneming. Gelukkig had ik steeds mijn clicker mee. Anders had ik al veel voor de deur blijven staan…

Zufrieden aber …
Das Schloss habe ich seit kurzem bei mir in meiner Wohnung eingebaut. Ich muss sagen dass der Schloss an sich ganz stabil aussieht und auch die Bedienung und Erkennung für die Auto Unlock im Radius sehr gut funktioniert. Einziges Mako : der Schloss lässt sich nicht über den Watch App entsperren wenn das Handy sich nicht in der Nähe befindet oder nicht abrufbar ist. Also wenn mal laufen geht und sein Handy nicht mitnimmt kann schon man ausgesperrt werden!!! Ist das so gewünscht oder sollte die Watch nicht die gleiche Berechtigung wie das Handy zum Entsperren des Locks?

Apple Watch app doesn’t work at all.
Watch app keeps showing error “make sure you’re logged in on your iPhone”, while it is logged in. No support on website…

I just started using this lock but I would like to have like a link to send to people to open the door instead of them having to download the app. Please look at it as not everyone wants to download apps.

Das Schloss ist super, die App nervig
Das schloss selber finde ich einwandfrei, aber bei der App nerven mich ein paar Dinge.
ZB würde ich gerne im Widget mein Connect auslösen, sodass ich vor der Tür nicht warten muss. Geht aber nicht, also entweder durch 12 Menüs klicken, oder halt vor der Tür warten. Manchmal funktioniert das automatische offnen, manchmal nicht.
Nichts was man nicht fixen kann mit nem Update, aber trotzdem unnötig viel geklicke.

Leider noch viele kleine Mankos
Das Schloss, die Idee dahinter und die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut. Leider gibt es jedoch noch kleine sehr nervige Mankos, der Umkreis für die Auto unlook lässt sich leider nicht individuell einstellen, wenn man zum Beispiel mit dem Hund kurz um die 4 Ecken möchte langt die Entfernung nicht um eine Aktivierungen. Der Bluetoothempfang ist sehr auch schlecht, man muss den clicker sowie das Handy ganz nah ans Schloss halten, es langt nicht das dass Handy in der Hosentasche ist. Bis eine Verbindung aufgebaut ist vergeht auch eine Weile, was sehr nervig ist.

Brilliant product and app. Can’t imagine going back to a traditional key. App works well enough. Bluetooth fobs have been excellent too. App has its moments, now and again, but nothing a quick restart doesn’t sort.
