Depuis IOS 26, peut être même avant, inutilisable sur iPhone. Par contre j’ai pu ouvrir sur android. Mais je vais attendre un peu pour acquérir ma VVF2016…

Ridiculous that you need to create an account and then download the app before you can see any information regarding tours & tastings. What a waste of time.
Completely pointless
It’s a huge pain that you have to install an app to get even basic information when it could just be on the website. On top of that the app is a bit buggy, and difficult to use. As an example the calendar offers dates for tours when the domain isn’t even open, then when you click the date it says there’s nothing available, and you have to repeat the process from the start.

Trying to create an account - filling in all fields and using password that fits criteria - whatever I do it says ‘something went wrong - try again’ - got bored and gave up!

One of the worst sites to use, not fit for purpose. Trying to book a tour…..impossible! Total rubbish they need to revisit this and get it right like they have with their champagnes.

Seemingly Pointless
Downloaded the app via the QR code on the card in the Bollinger box, first thing you need to do is enter your unique code - and that doesn’t work, so you can’t get any further. Seemingly pointless download.
