Not as promised

When I saw the ad for this game it was all about earn money without having the pay anything. Not true at all. Everything is about buy this package or that package. Then when I go to play a game, it won’t load and the payout are barely anything. Other ads say if you don’t win immediately then delete the app. Well I don’t consider winning minimally actually winning. So deleting after this review.

Redemption Not Good

I have spent more money than I’d like to admit playing this app. But have won over $1500. When trying to Redeem my winnings, I am received an error message regarding the verification process. I have submitted the appropriate documentation but still not able to redeem my winnings. I have contacted Customer Service through the only link they have many times and NO RESPONSE!! They are holding my money winnings hostage!

Great game!!

I play quite a bit. I win some and I lose some. I have had no problems cashing out, I have cashed out over $1000. Some days it hits great and some days I can lose in seconds flat, but that is gambling and you take a chance anytime you gamble.

So ads I’m reading the reviews left by customer I find it odd that the developer responses all tend to be the same and have very slight variations to them. Noon of the responses actually address the complaint at all and seem to be some generic response to make it seem as if they care. Just saying… odd 🤔

I was loving it!

I was playing today and somehow logged out. I went to login and the game was completely different and I lost my money. I would give 5 stars for the version I had earlier!

…they asked me for my location. I pressed “ Don’t allow” then they told me that I was not in their allowed area. If I didn’t allow my location then how did they know that?!?

Game cheats

Game cheats especially in the Jackpot section. It never pays out according to the chart listed! If you get the acorns or squirrels that is advertised at the left of the screen it has the amount that should be paid and it doesn’t pay you the amount listed. This game takes a lot of money for big wins! I played maybe 2k and i won but not nearly as much. Granted sometimes I played it all back!

The payouts should be much better especially to loyal players

I’ve paid 34 $35 for what I thought was coins. It shows up under new protection used storage SC coins. I can’t find anywhere to explain to me what that means. Having a hard time navigating the website.

I have played many spin sorcery games and never had any issue redeeming my prizes. I saw bolt blitz was also a spin sorcery games and thought it would be the same however, when I requested a temporary freeze on my account to be able to game responsibly they denied my redemption request. Even thought I requested the redemption before the freeze was put on. I reached out to customer service many times. I got two responses saying it was being escalated to a different team but when I asked for updates I got no response. Do you not put any money into this game.

Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste time or money. The slots jump over bonus, and you can tell that something other than random wins is set up. There are a whole lot other games out there. But you have got to watch a lot of them because they are there to make money not pay out. I would say put a small amount if you wanna play because you will eventually loose it plus more if you continue to play. DELETE !!

used to be my favorite game but i have put more money into this game than any other and have yet to see a real return on my investment my other game i play pays daily and has even gave me $300 but i think im close to deleting this app if i dont see a payout soon.

Spin sorcery group does not pay out

It’s a pain to get paid when you win. Not worth it. Every one from the spin sorcery group is this way. I’m waiting to be paid on 2 of their apps and 1 took 2 months to finally pay out. That’s trash.
