A STAGGERING amount of my clothes were lost/stolen
Used this service a few times in Fort Worth as I had just moved and didn’t yet have my own washer/dryer. Countless items went missing, lululemon shorts and tops, alo shorts, farm Rio top, summersalt swimsuit, it goes on and on. Not worth losing half your wardrobe!

Next day delivery is nice, wash was average, almost doubting if they washed some of these clothes. If you like your clothes all folded neatly and in order I’d stay away. shirts were All folded the same(nice), But pants looked like a 5 year old folded them. Certain random t shirts were hung up on hangers others were folded. if you don’t care about consistency and just want clothes washed and folded sloppily they’re good for that. if your a stickler for detail then Happy nest is a better option

Great Laundry Service
This was a great laundry service I used while in town for a wedding. Will definetly use again when I’m back in town.

I had the unfortunate experience with my washing machine breaking down in the middle of a wash cycle. I needed help fast so I called Bolt Laundry.
I was super happy I could get my wet laundry picked up the same day. The next day my laundry was returned to me clean, with a fresh smell.

Such a huge help!
I needed my laundry done because my washing machine broke. I scheduled a pick up, and they showed up on time and delivered my laundry the next day! It was super convenient!
Love this service
I called in the morning for a pickup and they arrived 30 minutes later. My laundry delivered same day, due to my flight leaving early the next morning. Bolt was very flexible with my schedule. Will use again when I’m town
Deeply unsatisfactory
Lots of promises about notifications- I got one that my laundry had been picked up 12 hours after it was, then nothing else. It was dropped off on time but my app still just says “picked up”
Driver was also late on pickup with no communication. For the money this was not worth it- I’ll be using other apps/services for laundry in the future.

They don’t help if
They do not help you if you don’t have a washing machine at home. That’s stupid, if I had a washing machine at home I wouldn’t be useing and app to help me with my laundry. Being in and out of the hospital all the time makes loads in my living room. The machines in the complex is always dirty so I would have to drive out of my wat just to do 5 loads a week. This application is not for disabled persons who don’t have washing machine at home

Not secure
I used them in place of another service .But they were no better. The local affiliate in NY gave out my address and phone number email to a criminal person ,THANK YOU BOLT
