Bolt

When there is an issue with Bolt, our company only has one person to contact which is unacceptable for the amount of money paid to use the service.

Unreliable

In the past month, calls don’t come through on a regular basis. Calls coming in and calls going out are not clear. They go in and out, cutting off both parties for the whole call; Wi-Fi or cellular doesn’t matter.

Horrible Call Quality

I have a dual band router that operates at 100 megs and even when I sit in the same room as my modem and router people constantly complain that they can’t hear me because I’m breaking up. This causes serious issues with my job.

Volume issues

Cannot seem to mute incoming calls on iPad version

Your latest Update borked it

The app no longer runs in the background. If I want to use it, my phone screen timeout has to be set to never and the app has to remain open.
