Cannot stake or remove my BOLT token
There is no support for issues. Lots of promises but no deliverables. Investment is now locked in my app and I can’t get it out to move around.
Not able to retrieve funds
Easy to deposit but can’t withdraw funds. Did some digging and found others aren’t able to pull out either. Very disappointed. Stay away!!
This Wallet continues to improve
I have been using the BOLTX app for over a year and the design and functionality have really improved. The app has become easier to use and more intuitive. More features are available eg. The ability to use Dapp’s, staking, and NFT’s.

You cannot read all of the security words on the screen and then to validate, not all of the words are shown. You cannot zoom out or scroll

This app seems to be a scam. You can deposit in but will not be able to withdraw. Heed the negative reviews...they appear to be accurate. I’ve been trying to contact support but the app doesn’t provide any details. You’ll be on your own!
Do not use- traps your tokens, developers unresponsive
I downloaded this wallet with the intent of transferring in Zil and swapping for Bolt. The swap feature does not work and I cannot send my Zil to any of my other wallets. I’ve emailed the developers multiple times over the past 6 weeks with no response. Do not use this wallet!

Having used so many crypto wallets this was by far the most seamless and easy to use. Would recommend.

Can’t withdraw coins.
Trying to withdraw my coins out from this wallet and enable to do so. Although I get a withdrawn confirmation.

Cannot send bolt to any other wallet.
Al the bolt in wallet is stuck and will not let me send any. Will only show me the balance.

Deposited some bolt and Zilliqa but now it does not let me withdraw. It says the transaction goes though, but it doesn't. This app should be removed from the store.

Can’t get in - tokens lost, don’t use
Rather than allowing one to use their PIN as they would in Pegasus you have to retrieve the 12 word phrase which I don’t remember.
I’ve been trying to get funds out of Pegasus for over a week but were in bnb rather than ERC-20 format and stuck.
Confused why they were not auto-swapped so people could actually transfer them.
Now I’m out of luck and tokens are gone. Wish I had never used either wallet and don’t suggest you do either.
