Can’t seem to get it running
Unfortunately I didn’t get past “loading”. Sadly unusable application for me.
App functionality
Not sure if it’s just me but I am mostly ordering food to eat in the restaurant and it seems the team has no information about my order. I always have to show them my phone so that they can see what I have ordered. And they only start to prepare the meal after I approach them. The app also let’s you order a meal that is not available.

Needs improvement
Everything about food and deliveries is OK, but the app needs an improvement. UX is not nice and I really lack possibility to use ApplePay. It’s very inconvinient to type card number into iPhone/iPad.
Used to be good
I used to order from this app a lot, but last two attempts weren’t successful. First time couldn’t change address and then decided to get it myself. Ordered it and paid. In the app it said its not paid and I have to pay and I was in the circle of that. Then finally got email that I paid and its being prepared. But app isn’t working properly. Now after 2 weeks wanted to order and still no change. Not possible to change the address so I cannot order. I still have my points I wanted to use, but not possible.

Kvalitní aplikace
Vše naprosto v pořádku, jen bych ocenila možnost platby přes ApplePay.

I like bombay express but oh lord this is the worst delivery experience i’ve ever had, it takes so much time and the app is so horrible

Has not been tested on an iPad in landscape mode.
Put simply, it doesn’t work. Can’t select any outlets and can’t scroll the screen to see them. I’d guess the same also applies on an iPhone in landscape mode. What a massive, massive bug to miss.
Edit: In fact most of the screens don’t scroll in landscape mode, leaving the user stuck at a blank screen! Ha ha! What a massive fail.

Nefunguje platba PayU
Dobry den,
uz nejaky cas mi neprochazi platba PayU. Dojde k odeslani na platebni branu, overeni 2FA v ramci bankovnictvi Ceske Sporitelny, ale po presmerovani zpet do aplikace se hlasi jako neuhrazena objednavka, stejny stav uveden i po rozkliknuti e-mailu od PayU. Po case dojde ke stornovani.
Drive fungovalo.
Jinak hodnotim aplikaci kladne, az na chybejici apple pay a problem viz vyse.

Nenalezne ulici
ačkoliv je má ulice pokrytá mapou rozvozu, našeptávač ji nenalezne (iOS 14.7.1). Zajímavé je, že na druhém Androidím telefonu tuto adresu zvolit lze.

Nejde objednat
Po nainstalování appka normálně fungovala, teď poslední 2-3 měsíce ale nefunguje. Funguje při výběru restaurace i jídla. Funguje i košík, ale jakmile v košíku dám pokračovat, abych to zaplatila, tak už se to jen načítá a nic se neděje. Zkoušela jsem několikrát - na Wifi i na datech. iOS mám aktuální. Chtěla jsem ji využívat, ale zatím bohužel nemohu. :-/
