ultrasound gone

My ultrasound video is gone. my one and only where we saw her gender. tried to file a support claim and it wouldnt even let me send through the app and my entire has been wiped. ???

It keeps getting stuck on a day and not updating like I’m currently 12 weeks and it says 11weeks and 2 days

Daily problems

For about 4 months, I’ve been having daily problems with viewing ultrasounds and photos that I’ve purchased through the app. The app auto updates, so that’s not the problem. Seems there are consistent bugs and problems with this app. Reaching out to support hasn’t been helpful. This sucks because my provider only uses this for ultrasound. Hopefully they’ll find an alternative.

Nothing works, deleted redownloaded and now I can’t even log in. I haven’t been able to see anything

The app was good at first . It is now horrible . It will not allow you to sign in . It won’t allow you to make a new profile . Absolutely ridiculous and all my ultrasounds are gone smh
