Geht nicht
Funktioniert seit Monaten nicht, ich kann mich weder registrieren, noch die AGB lesen. Ohne die Scan Funktion in der App ist es allerdings viel zu aufwendig, Bücher über Bonavendi zu verkaufen. Das ist mega schade.
Einfach schlecht
Dass die App langsam ist und jede zweite Abfrage fehlschlägt, mag noch hingehen. Dass man gut 50% der Artikel, die man minder App in den Verlaufskorb gelegt hat und die dort auch angezeigt werden, auf dem Computer nicht wiederfindet, ist nicht vertretbar. Es wäre nicht übel, wenn sich jemand bei Bonavendi diese App mal anschauen würde. So ist sie unbrauchbar.

Registrierung benötigt und AGB‘s nicht möglich
Um diese App nutzen zu können ist eine Registrierung nötig und ich kann auch nicht die AGB’s einsehen, denn dann stürzt die App ab. Gab auch seit 2 Jahren keine Updates mehr. Ich denke mal das der Entwickler nur mit den Daten sein Geld verdient und nicht wirklich etwas mit der App macht.

Terrible User Experience
Spent 90 minutes scanning barcodes on CDs. The found is had to transfer nearly 100 CD records one by one to the buyers site! The first three, although recognized on Bonavendi, and having an offer from the buyer site, were not recognized on transfer. A complete waste of time!!

Artikel im Verkaufskorb werden nicht aktualisiert. Zum aktualisieren muss jeder Artikel angeklickt werden und mit dem Button aktualisieren, nach dem aktuellen Preis gesucht werden. Das muss doch einfacher gehen.

Would like to give a review but cannot get past the first setting of only 3 country options, Germany, Austria or United States so being from the UK am unable to comment on this app, sorry.
20/20 hindsight!
This WOULD have been a fabulous app if all had worked according to plan. I should have read these App Store reviews before downloading. What an incredible adventure in frustration! This app came highly recommended from an article I read as a means to sell my CD/DVD collection by simply scanning in the UPC codes and receiving offers from as many sources as I was willing to accept. All went well as I managed to scan in the first bin of about 150 CD’s. I was given an estimate of how much I would be offered by various vendors (sometimes pennies; sometimes dollars; sometimes nothing; sometimes multiple vendor offers for one item; sometimes one vendor; often no offers at all). Then I went to the Bonavendi website (where you MUST go if you actually wish to process ANY sale), and I watched the original number of possibilities dwindle in the blink of an eye. Ok, it was a day later than the original scan; maybe those sellers were no longer interested in a particular item (I’m trying to remain positive about this). But the total for 15 CD’s dropped in one day from $30 to $.10! Across any of the 15 potential vendors/buyers! Even if I were to live with and accept this as is, and say that tomorrow is a new day (being Monday and the start of a new business week), I now have hit another snag: I am unable to scan any of my remaining discs in a second storage bin (error message: item unrecognized)! Additionally, an error message has been coming up for the last two hours in different areas of the app: “The server is not reachable. Make sure you have a working internet connection and try again.” I have zero question regarding my internet connectivity, so I attempted to reach out to the support team, where I was automatically shunted over to their website, and again, I received that error message. They are clearly having some sort of technical difficulties, but there is no indication as to how long the system will be down or whether or not this is even a temporary situation. After all that time I spent scanning those discs, I will NOT be happy if I’m back to square one. It clearly DOES pay to read reviews first. (This was the first time ever where I blindly jumped into downloading an app because of a good article review, but without reading consumer reviews. Lesson learned.) I hope someone else learns from my misadventure, but more so, I hope that tech support contacts me to advise what to do to correct the problem! While I don’t mind donating these CD’s and DVD’s, I really could use a few extra $$ in my pocket right now (who couldn’t?!?). UPDATE: two days later: everything SEEMS to be fully functional. (I gave back one star for increased functionality, but I am holding one back for the fact that the UPC codes do not always scan correctly! (How does Boston’s first album 💿 become “Ethnic Groups in Comparative Perspective”?!?) Many times I’ve had to sit and type in the UPC numbers manually until the disc was correctly recognized. Ridiculous! I’ve no idea what happened over the last couple of days to the Bonavendi system or why it took so long to be remedied, but there was no explanation or contact from developers. I will update one last time when I jump through the final hoop and brave the attempt to process a sale. The ease of the sale process will determine whether I give one or two stars back (if any at all). Fingers crossed. 🤞🏼

Als ich diese App gefunden habe, habe ich mich mit voller Vorfreude in das Projekt gestürzt und angefangen meine unmengen an CDs zu scannen. Das hat auch ganz gut funktioniert bis zu dem Punkt, wo ich bei jeder Scannung einer CD eine Fehlermeldung bekomme. Ich war nach mehreren Tagen des vergeblichen Scannens so genervt, dass ich hier, zum ersten Mal überhaupt, einen Kommentar abgeben muss.

So far, not great
I downloaded this despite the awful reviews because, for some reason, it was recommended in a couple recent articles online. I created an account, and it immediately didn’t recognize the email I had just signed up with, so I couldn’t log in. I checked my email later, and it gave me a password to use. At that time, my email was recognized, and I was able to log in. So far, I’m not impressed, but I’ll update once I try scanning and selling.

Use the actual buyers site
I spent a ton of time putting DVD’s and video games into their app. When I got to the point of moving the titles to the buyers site, the buyer took none of it, after Bonavendi quoted huge sell prices for me from the buyer.

Artikel werden nicht vom vorgeschlagenen Anbieter angenommen. Webseite hängt und nichts passiert mehr. Im Nachhinein hätte ich die Artikel in andere Pakete packen können. Nun bleibe ich darauf sitzen. Finger weg!

Don’t try to sell anything here on moment tells you the dvd can be sold you log into computer and then says no offers false advertisement and a wast of time

Latest update does not let you do manual search
It is a good app but it takes too long for results to appear. Would help if the latest update had an “intro” button after you put in manual ISBN number..... you can not look it up manually

Hi Dorezzoli, thank you so much for your feedback. Could you please describe the issue you are facing more in detail? You can enter barcodes manually via the keyboard by clicking on the input field. Or are you missing something else?
Only seems to check 1 site
It scans CDs properly but only shows up prices from SecondSpin. Doesn’t seem to deliver on its promise of checking multiple buyback sites. Is this a bug, or is the app bought out by SecondSpin?
Relativ stümperhafte App...
Ich habe, wie viele andere auch, nach einer alternative zu „werzahltmehr“ gesucht, weil dort das Scannen unfassbar schlecht ist. Und da haben wir auch schon das einzige, das hier besser ist. Der Scanner ist Top! Trotzdem braucht die App genau so lange, um die Vergleiche einzuholen. Man kann das zwar vorerst abschalten, um so mal fix seinen Hausstand zu erfassen, hat aber am Ende noch mehr arbeit als zuvor. Die App holt sich dabei offensichtlich alte Werte von anderen Anfragen der selben Artikel. Da kann der Ankaufspreis, der im Verkaufskorb angegeben wird, schon mal 3 Monate alt sein. Man muss also jeden schnell gescannten Artikel erneut abfragen lassen. Den kompletten Verkaufskorb per knopfdruck aktualisieren? Also bitte, das geht dann ja doch wohl zu weit.... Verwöhnter Nutzer! Und dann hatte ich gehofft, den Gesamtwert, wenn auch nur vorläufig, meines Zeugs sehen zu können - Nix! Eine Auswertung, bei welchem Ankäufer mein Paket am meisten bringt? Träumer.... 😉 Das wäre eine wirklich sinnvolle App... Hier will man als Zwischenhändler einen Reibach machen, mehr nicht! Deswegen, lasst es, das hier ist totaler Kappes, und nervt!
