3 rd Update Excellent App – Real Peace of Mind
I first invested a small amount in Bond (OBAI) on WeFunder back in July 2025. At the time I thought the app idea was brilliant, but I only took a tiny position so I wouldn’t forget about the company and could follow its progress.
It’s now been well over a month of heavy real-world testing with my very active teenage daughter (a cross-country runner and ebike rider) and wife — including a very active vacation in Miami — and I’m genuinely impressed. I’ve live-tested the app in practice mode dozens of times, and every single time a live agent responded within 3 to 6 seconds (never more than 4–5 seconds).
The live agents are smart, intelligent, and know exactly what they’re doing — they actively encourage practicing and tell teenagers (and I assume everyone else) to use practice mode often so they’re comfortable if they ever really need help.
The notifications are lightning fast, accurate, and rock-solid reliable.
The “Track Me on the Go” feature has been a game-changer. My daughter can head out on her own (something I would’ve never allowed in the past), and the app proactively checks in if she doesn’t confirm arrival. One time she went to the wrong CVS and the agent immediately followed up with a text and then called my wife to make sure everything was okay. Even when we were completely out of their service area on the way to San Juan, the app clearly told us we weren’t covered yet and gave us the correct local emergency number to dial (112). That level of proactive care gives me huge peace of mind.
The background monitoring is thoughtful (it asks for permission and gives full control), the app is simple, clean, and it just works.
Bond already operates in 28 countries and is rapidly expanding. As a family that travels a lot, this excites me tremendously — knowing we’ll have this extra layer of security and peace of mind wherever we go in the future.
I’m honestly amazed that not every parent, single woman, real estate agent, lone worker, or anyone who travels or works alone has this yet. It’s that good.

Foreign Agents You can’t count on!
This app uses Foreign agents that you can’t understand at all and are overseas clearly! For a company that proclaims to provide security services they have missed the mark! You need US based agents that can immediately help your members!
Thankful for Bond
As a nomadic single female I really have appreciated having this app. Not only does it provide peace of mind and safety they went above and beyond when my aunt passed away. They assisted us in calling 911 in her home town and then called to check on us some days afterwards. 🙏🏽
It okay but I may a refund
I want to say the app was okay i enjoyed it so much but the reason why I may the refund it because the agents had different accents and I had a hard time understanding them see with some people like me I have a hard time understanding certain accents i would give this a 4/5 because of the language barrier I obviously requested to have a English agent but they said that it would be provide but not guaranteed

Service super cher, des employés toujours endormis robotisés qui répètent le même script 24/7, 90% on vous parlera en français avec un accent que vous ne comprendrez pas, ne connaissent rien à la carte et aux rues de France mais prétendent qu’ils s’y trouvent alors que l’accent dit clairement moyen orient

It’s is so refreshing to know you have someone by your side if/when you need them. I have used bond for roadside assistance as well as the track you on the go feature when I was driving out of state! If you happen to have to make a stop they will check on you to make sure you feel safe.

Kudos to James at Bond!
Texting at 3:00 AM with a professional security agent provided me and my family with needed assurance! It instantly made us feel safer and capable of increasing our level of protection if we needed it. Thankfully things were resolved, and our worst case scenario didn’t materialize, but I’m going to insist that all my family members have Bond on their phone from now on!

Bond has raised their prices from $10 a month to $50 a month for the exact same services. Not worth the cost anymore!

Thank you So much for Virtual Security, your professional and helpful representative was such a comforting experience knowing someone was with me even if only virtually. She knew my location and could reach out to authorities if I were to need help. I had to deal with being away from my property for a month and knew something was wrong and vandalism was going to be the outcome. Sure enough upon entering the property, damage due to a fire caused by vandals and theft.

AMAZING Security & Customer Service
Update: SO grateful for Bond. I was riding in a Lyft that got in a significant accident. The driver was unable to figure out how to contact emergency services through Lyft, but I easily pulled up Bond and they immediately answered the phone and got 911 on the way to us. Lyft never answered, but thanks to Bond, LAPD showed up quickly and got me on my way to the airport.This is the only reason I made my flight in time. THANK YOU BOND!
I cannot say enough good things about Bond. There have been 2 situations now that Bond had brought me comfort in & I was really grateful to hear the voice of the agent on the other end of the line. I hope that I don’t ever have to use the majority of the features available on this app, but I’m confident that if I do need it, the service will be impeccable. The customer service is top notch as well which is HUGE to me. I signed up for the Premium & then found out after signing up that first responders get a promo for the rest of 2020. Marley & Obi from customer service immediately walked me through the steps to use the promo, but refunded me the amount that I had already paid before finding out about it. I am so impressed by this company & plan to stay a premium member long after the promo ends.

Bring back unlimited engagements
This is a great app; however, they limit the amount of times you can contact an agent depending on how much money you have. This is not right. There should be absolutely no limits set on how many times an agent can be contacted if you are feeling scared or nervous. Please let users have the option to have an unlimited amount of engagements back.
