Playback Speed issue
It’s so boring and annoying to watch video without 2x speed. Please add (2x) in Video/Playback Speed. Then, I’ll surely change my rating.

Very poor service I paid for entire season five I see only couple and now it's expired not even season five end yet

I paid in full for the entire Bachelor Points Season 5, yet after watching a few episodes, the app blocked access and demanded the SAME payment again. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate billing trap.
Customer service is completely useless — no proper replies, no resolution, no accountability. Once they take your money, they clearly don’t care.
An app that charges users twice for the same content and ignores complaints should not be trusted. This is one of the worst streaming app experiences I’ve ever had.
Avoid this app unless you’re prepared to lose your money.

Onek problem app e first e account create korte giye dui char baar an error occurred ashlo jai hok then account create howar por bp5 er subscription neyar jonno 135/month select korlam then boltese select payment option and okhane kono payment option ei nai ki ekta obostha. Bujhlam bd er app but app toh updated rakha uchit tai na? Eto bug diye bhoray rakhsen app e. Er theke app ta disable kore den eta better.
