Does not teach correct Pronunciation of letter sounds
I do not recommend this game for one simple reason, it does not teach correct letter sounds. You do not want your child picking up the habit of adding “uh” to the end of sounds. For example when you press the letter T the sound the app makes is tuh. Children who pick up the habit of adding uh to the end of sounds have a harder time learning to blend.

My kids love it, and so do I
After trying a number of different spelling apps, I found that my kids were especially drawn to this one, with the mini games providing interesting goals and breaks in between each word. More importantly, my five year old is now spelling words extremely proficiently, thanks to the repetition and grouping of words in Montessori format. Thanks for a great app!

Excellent Spelling App
Our house loves Bongo's series of apps - even though they both look the same the words are different and form different challenges for the kids. The little games are a nice feature and like the animation. Fundamentally your child will learn to spell using this app, ours have.

Helping my son with his test scores
There is nothing new about this app but it seems to keep my son engaged. This works for us as we have tried many of the apps out there with little success. The break game between words is a good distraction and helps keep his attention.

My niece spotted this app!! She did all the activities on her own. Has unique learning tools with fun sound effects and colorful visuals to entertain. Cool!! Recommended!!!

Great, fun intro to phonics and reading
This app is a great, fun way to teach preschoolers their letter sounds and get them prepped for reading. My son (in junior kindergarten) was clicking on the letters all the time in the beginning and using the hints, but now he can figure out the correct spelling most of the time. The little games that pop up keep him interested too and he plays this game longer than most. I also love the graphics... so vibrant but still very cute! Love this app!!!

Absolutely fantastic - great word lists, grouped by level and highly interactive.
