Great App
Finally someone who puts something out there that doesn’t require a needless account. Surprisingly, this app has a lot of customisation between the settings and layout toolbox. It does everything you want and is very simple to use. Thank you.
Nicely Done!
Not only is this a great idea, but it is beautifully done. I have used the same start page (my author’s page on Amazon) for years and it had become tiresome, but there didn’t seem to be any better alternative. This was recommended on a Mac fansite and I decided to give it a try. It’s a little thing, but a nice surprise when I open Safari!

Easy To Setup and It Looks Great!
Took me about 5 minutes to setup, and it looks amazing. Super customizable, and overall added a nice touch to my safari home page. Would definitely recommend.
Perfect
Using the Bonjourr Startpage as my Safari Homepage on my MacMini. Our MacMini is our streaming device hooked up to our tv.

Nice Start Page
I used to use another start page application but decided to try this one because of its minimalist design and simplicity. I’m glad I did. Not only does it meet my needs, but it also has more customization than the other one. Will continue with Bonjourr.
Nice, but some issues
I installed this app yesterday. I love the look, but have encountered two problems: (1) It keeps asking for location permission, and (2) a photo I uploaded never sticks, it always disappears.

Best start page I've ever had!! Super easy and slick as a whistle! My only concern is that the dgital clock only shows the 24 hour clock for me and I've prefer the am/pm one. And yes, my Mac kpreference is set to the 12 your clock. Not a biggie, though, because I use the analog clock instead. Well done, guys! I wish I'd known about this sooner!

Does for free what others can’t
I’m loving Bonjourr as a start.me alternative. It’s privacy respecting as all the settings live on your computer.
It’s very quick to load and overall is very minimalist and lean.
I find Bonjourr much more customizable than its competitors and yet is free.
There’s literally nothing to lose, try out Bonjourr!

Without peer this is a true masterpiece…. The simple and easy setup, the customizations and design make it for anyone that wants joy to flash across their being for just a second before getting to the task at hand.

Doesn’t keep local files if using profiles in Safari
I have noticed this app doesn’t work using one’s own images if using different profiles in Safari. I started using profiles and now I get a blank black page instead of my images. I started using profiles right around the same time as the last major update a few months ago so I’m not sure if it’s a profile thing or related to the update. I’ll change this to 5 stars if it ever gets fixed. Please notice developers.

Perfect
So smooth, so simple, so clean, so fast, so customizable, I love every bit of it. In my Safari Settings > Extensions page, I get a “Unable to find "config.json" in the extension’s resources. It is an invalid path.” Not sure if I did something wrong when installing, but hasn’t caused my any problems so far. Overall, recommend.

This has turned opening my start page to a calming experience. No crazy news to hit me in the face. Incredible unsplash backgrounds are gorgeous. I can set world clocks and have my favorites apps right here instead of in bookmarks. I love all of the customizations possible.
