Asked for one extra sauce and was told I would have to pay .53 per sauce. If I sit in the restaurant and eat I can dump an entire bottle out and be fine. Please make this make sense.

Guess I’ll just call in my to-go orders and waste more of your time.. or better yet, just eat somewhere else. If you are trying to lose otherwise happy customers this is the best way to do it. Keep it up!

Worst App I ever use
This will be the last time I tried to use this app. I have tried this app two times previous and none of the rewards show up or deducted. I rather call in my order and have it done properly and take the deductions from there. This is a waste of time. My order is never correct and I’m never received any rewards other than the welcome reward no matter what time of day day of the week the rewards never add up never is added to the order is just a waste. Don’t waste your time.

$3 Service Fee
Great BBQ but not going to order through the app due to the $3 service fee. Will continue to call in order for pickup.
$3 dollar service fee is ridiculous
I used the app to do a pick up order and realized after the fact that they charged me a $3 dollar service fee. I don’t understand what that service fee is for. It basically canceled out the free beverage that I got and nowhere does it indicate to you ahead of time that you’re going to get that $3 dollars fee. It’s just a line item along with the taxes and total due. Why would anybody want to use your app just to get charged more to use it?? I have deleted it already and I’m seriously considering not eating at your establishment again. Way to scam your customers and I see that you have a lot of bad reviews because of it. Is it really worth the $3???

Stupid app
After I waited 30 minutes on hold to place an order I finally order on the app, your hold music/ announcement pushes the app. Why would you charge $3 to order on line, that caused me to lessen the tip, stupid fees.

The only problem ever noted is that the ribs are FAT, even if I request them to be well done and very lean. Otherwise, it’s all a win win for Bono’s. This time I ordered turkey (lol).

Charged me a 3$ fee ordering through the app! Canceled my order immediately. I will not pay a fee for that. There goes the free dessert all for ordering on your app!? Come on really Bono’s?

Downloaded but when I go to redeem the free pudding there’s a $3 service charge for using the app. I’ll be deleting this app now.
If you dine in you can’t earn.
App is fine for online ordering but since I dine in for lunch, loyalty portion is pretty much useless. Update: They were able to figure out how to scan the loyalty member QR for me to earn rewards but even after 72 hours they don’t show up on your account. Still can’t redeem anything while you are there. Tried to redeem the free reward you get for registering but pretty much have to order online, redeem reward and then take to a table (which is not a nice thing to do to the wait staff) to get your rewards while dining in. Maybe they’ll shake out these issues soon but till then not a huge benefit for those like to dine in as well as order to go.
