Doesn’t Work
Like the website. Loved the physical store in Hamburg. Can’t log onto the app because it says my postal code isn’t valid. I live in Hamburg where Bonprix is based!
I have an online account but cannot use the app
I have an online account with Bonprix. I just wanted to use the app to return an item. I couldn’t log in. The app said my account number was not valid nor my postal code. I tried to get a password by email, just to get past the issue and that didn’t work either. Lame.
Perfect fit
I ordered 2 bras at the end of 2020, loved them, fitted perfectly, really good price, so I ordered 2 more in another colour, again perfect fit, very comfortable and they wash lovely. Thank you

Great app but needs an update, pages don’t load, navigation doesn’t always work flips back to previous page you’re trying to get away from. Keyboard pops up and then down. Please sort the glitches

Easy to navigate, quick to buy, everything is at your fingertips - no need to get the car out, battle through the rain or avoid other shoppers - just log on, find what you need, check out and done. Simple as that. Thanks Bon Prix 😊
