Not in English, unable to even open app
It gets stuck on Terms and conditions in Italian with no accept button. Can’t move forward
All my data was deleted
Do not use this app. I’ve been a paid member for more than 2 years and see that all my data has suddenly been deleted and I have no trees or any notes on this app. It’s such a shock to see that everything is just gone.
Great tracking app
I love this app for tracking growth and as a reminder app for my bonsai projects.
Disappointed must be a scam where is the information.

Does not work
I got the app in November, and was pretty happy with it so signed up for the premium subscription, starting with free trial. I was loving the app but something happened to my a count my subscription stopped working and the features stopped working. It also said I had 0 bonsai when I had 9 saved. I tried signing out and in again. I tried signing in on phone and iPad, but I always had the problem. I emailed for help 3 times and never got a reply it’s now the end of December almost January and I have paid for an app that doesn’t work.

Ive just recently got a bonsai and i wanted more information to help me. But when i try to create an account it says i have to agree to the terms and conditions, there in a different language and when I’ve agreed it still doesn't work!!
Not for UK
You’re asking people to accept your terms & conditions but they are in Italian. If you’re offering your app internationally, you need to have your terms translated into English. Can’t accept what I can’t understand.
