App stopped working. Scale still works but I loved being able to track my weight, bone mass etc and now the app won’t even let me sign in.
As with others, worked fine until it didn't
As of yesterday, the app doesn't work at all. The scale seems fine, but the greater value of the scale was in the analytics from the app.
Frankly, a good reminder that for most of us, the extra data is just distraction and can actually hide the forest with so much focus on the trees.
We're at a point where science and journalism are busting so many myths about weight as it relates to health - things we've just accepted as indisputable fact for decades.
For most of us, it will be healthier to focus on all that new understanding as it emerges than on a slew of iffy data points that are still rooted in those outdated frameworks now seen as deeply flawed.

I’ve used this app/scale for years and then suddenly a few months ago it just stopped syncing and I lost all of historical data! I’m so frustrated and can’t find a way to contact support that is viable.

The App stopped working and won’t let me log in. After signing in, the app tried to load for on eminute and then throws a system processing error.

Worst app ever! Can’t log in, doesn’t work when logged in! Doesn’t store data you name it this app doesn’t do it! Waste of money for their scale and time trying to get it to work!

App is broken. Started out that I couldn’t log previously stored weigh ins. I tried logging out and deleting the app and redownloading, but now it is impossible to log in. I can’t even create a new account and start over and just use that. Log in does not work at all. Scale works fine. But the app is trash.

Wish I read the reviews before. Trash scale and trash app.

I had this scale 1 week. But it would not let me see total weight loss from any selected day, you can only see the difference from the previous day. I thought maybe you have to pay for the feature. Then all of a sudden it cleared out all my history. It would record my weight in, but then it gave me error messages. I tried logging out, but it won’t even let me log in. I’m returning this.

Stopped Working
Worked for a few months. Now all my data has disappeared and I’m receiving error messages. It’s too late to return it. It’s a garbage product. DO NOT BUY THIS SCALE. IT’S A PIECE OF GARBAGE.

Terrible app
The app works for a little while and then stops working. Says connection error and all data is deleted. Logging out and back in doesn’t work and deleting the app and reinstalling doesn’t either. Returning and getting my money back. Don’t waste your time!

It was working really well. I had both mine and my moms profiles on it. Now all data has been deleted and it keeps giving an error message. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Now it won’t let me sign in and is still giving an error message. This app was really helping me track my weight loss progress and now I can’t weigh in for the next month. Please fix
