Sound issues in iPad

My kid loves the app but grows frustrated as the sound does not work on the iPad. I have upgraded to the latest iOS and uninstalled/ reinstalled the app on both versions of the iOS but nothing seems to help.

Game doesn’t work properly

Only one of the games on the app works even when subscribed. My toddler is trying to play it and getting frustrated that it doesn’t work properly.
