Подписка оформлена, играет только одно блюдо

Оплатила подписку на год за 1500 рублей. В итоге только первое блюдо с макаронами открыто, остальные даже в бок не листаются. Не возможно использовать подписку. Пытаюсь два же связаться с разработчиком и тишина. Даже по древние переустанавливала. Либо верните деньги либо откройте блюда
