Not Good
This app is absolute garbage. Inconsistent with my list of leads (sometimes shows none, sometimes gives the first half of my contact list, sometimes it shows me my leads). Freezes/reboots when I try to open a communication from a lead. Freezes and I have to reboot after trying to respond to an email within the app. Not worth it and honestly makes working harder as I have to transport leads to a different system. Deleting and re-downloading multiple times has not helped. Do yourself a favor and get a different CRM.

Free but cumbersome
This app doesn’t work on the iPad but 20% of the time. There user interface is terrible. Clunky cumbersome and time consuming. Lead information is not centrally located and the information is not organized in an effective manner to handle calls. It doesn’t synch with Google calendars and the app rarely notifies when tasks come due. Lead status management is not very intuitive and pipeline management system does not have an archive ability. Once a deal closes you can only hide or delete it. So much more can be done to improve this software. There are other free CRMs better than this

Needs an iPadOS Version
Decent app but seriously needs an iPadOS version for the pros out there. It’s 2021, time to get with the times.
Never works
I am with Remax, and whenever I get a text that my leads have performed a function the app never works in fact this app never really works correctly even after calling tech-support. We’ve called in a ticket. I’ve called tech-support myself and they were less than helpful. Do yourself a favor don’t download the app and just go through your web browser on your mobile device they apparently don’t know how to make an app.

I work at REMAX and they have been talking this booj CRM up like its the next great thing!!
It’s not even a good CRM! I like working for remax but their technology seems to be so far behind other brokerages...always playing catch up is not very good for this company!!
This CRM is not user friendly at all! The features are not up date and it’s frustrating. It’s free for me to use but I wound rather pay for a different CRM!

Worthless
Would like to say worthless but even that is giving this app too much credit. Come on we are RE/MAX, we can figure this out! It’s been 2 years and it’s more frustrating than when Booj started.
Horrible App
The app is horrible. It constantly crashes. Can’t even open it. Try logging on via the web and forces me to the open the app.
Needs work.
Not user friendly at all. Takes a text then an email then an app login to find the contact and it still won’t let me access what I need. Probably the worst user friendly platform out there.

I sign in and the only screen it shows me is “ Download the booj CRM app to take your productivity on the go! “ ......... I can’t get past this screen.

Continuous Iteration, Continuous Developing
BOOJ is here and I’m very excited about what this means for RE/MAX. The desktop app is powerful and continually being updated. We are barley a week into being live so take it easy on negative feedback, instead provide that feedback through designated channels so we can make BOOJ look great on the App Store. As a realtor at RE/MAX we are all about winning together and that means supporting our developers who are making BOOJ. I just finished a tech training at HQ and am so excited what is coming down the pipe for RE/MAX agents. Be patient my friends, they are creating something amazing!

Needs to be iPad Friendly
Portrait mode doesn’t work out so well for iPads.
Need landscape mode!!!!
A lot of us agents use tablets with keyboards attached as they make our lives easier. This app only works in portrait mode. Which makes my keyboard void. I wont be using this app till the changes are made to include LANDSCAPE MODE!!! ITS A MUST.
