It freezes no matter how many times i refresh the app. Unable to use.
Problème
Les titres n’apparaissent plus !!! Je n’ai plus qu’une liste d’images de livres C’était il y a 3 jours, depuis le problème semblait avoir été résolu mais ça recommence !!!!!!!! Aujourd’hui 02/11/2024, j’y ai cru pendant un moment. Mais c’est reparti… Que puis-je faire ? 12/11 Ça recommence encore alors que j’étais entrain de compléter quelques titres…. Cela devient très gênant. 13/11 : c’est une histoire sans fin. Il faudrait régler ce problème une bonne fois ! 14/11 : cette application qui me plaisait beaucoup devient inutilisable alors que toute ma bibliothèque est enregistrée dedans.
Nouvelle version : Je ne peux plus rien modifier, ni l’ordre de mes collections, ni celui des livres, ni la description des livres, ni leur emplacement.
23/11 : L’application ne se charge plus
Je voudrais récupérer l’ancienne version pour pouvoir agir sur mes rangements !!!!
08/12 l’application ne sert plus à rien.

Horrible Update
They upgraded the app so it is now horrible!! Yes, it could have used some improvements but now they have destroyed it!!!
Terrible changes!
This WAS a great app for organizing my library. Unfortunately they’ve made changes to it and now it’s just a list in random order. There’s no longer any ability to search my catalog or sort each stack, rendering it virtually useless. I’m so frustrated that I just canceled my annual subscription! Plus there’s no way that I have found to contact these people - so zero customer service. Don’t waste your money!

It has some bugs but it’s still great
It stresses me out sometimes but it is a great app and I am paying it again. My only thing at this moment is that they increased the price and I wish they improved the app more instead.

Constant crash
The concept is simple and good - when it works. I like being able to arrange the stacks however I want and placing items into multiple stacks. However, the app is constantly unavailable due to crashing. Often (more times than not) I can’t get past the first loading screen even after multiple attempts, which defeats the purpose of the app all together. I won’t be renewing.

It was great until it wasn't...
I got this app to help organize my books and I did the free trial and subscription for 9.99 a year. Except i keep getting so many ads and the data keeps getting lost. I've seen others mention the same thing. It's not the phones that are the issue it's the app. I have canceled my subscription and moving on to find better.

When I request hep I’m sent to Facebook.

Great app, though import functionality doesn’t work
I’ve really been enjoying this app. I recently got a new iPhone and though I was able to export my book data from my old phone, clicking the “Import” link in the app did nothing. I haven’t been able to export through the App Store option either. Please help! I would love to continue using this app
Very disappointed!
The description that this is an app for book lovers is totally misleading. The free version only allows me to add about 12 books to a stack before it goes to the “please send us money” phase. I really wanted to get at least one bookcase done and play around with it before writing a review, but this leaves me cold. ☹️

Used once and was happy I finally found an app I really liked. Then tried to log in and add a book where you lie to my face and say it’s free to download and USE except for premium stuff but yet you won’t allow usage of the app unless I pay? Well I would have I won’t be now as like most people I don’t like being lied to. “always be free to use”? Ya right
