They cheated me out of my bonus points, earned and paid for by “topping up”

According to the person who replied to my complaint today, because of a system upgrade, they took away 3005 point I used to release book chapters. These points were a combination of what I PAID MONEY FOR as well as those earned from logging in daily and watching a few ads. The average chapter costs 200+ points to release and the only expiration notice I received from them totaled 40 points -2 separate notices indicating I had 20 points due to expire, yet for my inconvenience they restored 50 points to me. You can’t change the rules and not notify your customers.

I just started with this app, not sure about it yet. Giving it 5 stars so I can get points so I don’t have to spend money. Kinda tired of that tbh and apps that want “weekly” subscriptions…. In this economy, girl please.
