Great app but poor customer service
I am loving this app and I could give it 6 stars but I give 3 to gain some attention! I paid annual subscription but when I had to use a new phone and logged into app on it the premium subscription is not there anymore, is gone and although I emailed the customer support - no answer. Please get but to me justmagda85

Hidden gem
I don’t want this to get popular. It’s too good. A lot of effort went into this and you can tell. Perfect to get a good understanding of a book and as a diving off platform if you want to read deeper!
AI summaries trained on Jr. High homework assignments?
This could be useful as a tool to find book recommendations, but the summaries are astoundingly bad. They include tons of irrelevant information to the core insight and do not elaborate enough to be useful. It ends up just sounding like a bunch of platitudes. The ‘visuals’ make no sense whatsoever.

Great app with a tiny Promo issue
On my 2 day of free trial and the journey's been great so far. I'd love to subscribe with the 50% discount offer, but when i click on the 1-month plan the offer is off/ unavailable. Great app btw!
Great speed of fulfilling requests
I used the trial version to request one of my favorite books, not expecting it to be fulfilled anytime soon. On the last day of my trial period i received a notification saying it's available on the app. This is an advantage Accellerated have over all the other book summary apps i've tried.
