Premium subscription broken?
Have been happily using for a while. However, all premium features have been deactivated despite my subscription running for another week.

I adore this app. I’ve been using it for a few years now, and the tagging system is by far the most streamlined I’ve ever encountered. I love being able to organize my TBR like this—it’s such a lifesaver! The search bar bug that some other users complained of is unfortunate and I have encountered it, but regardless, this is my favorite app on my phone.

Works only sometimes
Will randomly stop being able to search for,and add books, which is essentially its only use.
App stopped working
I actually really did like this app and I was even paying for the subscriptions but you can’t search books anymore it’s like the app fully stopped working. The last update was a year ago and that’s probably why

Out of nowhere the search feature for this app will just stop working and it will usually be days before it works for me again. it’s a shame because I really do like the simplicity here, but it’s frustrating to not be able to rely on it :/ and just to be clear, I always make sure to look up books that are in my library already that I know would come up in a search result whenever this happens just to make sure it’s not that the books that I’m trying to add aren’t in the system already, but it’s always empty no matter what I look up

Absolutely not.
I was having such a good experience with this app that I decided to try and upgrade to Pro. None of the features of the subscription would work so I contacted the app creator and they did a great job in helping me. A month later… same situation but the solution to it the first time was no longer working. Wasn’t worth the money for something I would be using regularly. Bye!

This is so frustrating
I was super happy with this app… until it randomly stopped working. It deleted the last several weeks of data off my account and I lost all the notes and quotes I collected. I also can’t search for any books using the search function anymore — it’s like the entire library of searchable books has disappeared. I’ve tried everything — there’s no information anywhere about how to recover anything. And worst of all, I paid for the subscription and now it’s got locked on everything saying that I need to subscribe again?? But after I restored it, everything just got worse. This was my favorite reading app and I don’t know what happened, but I’m at my wits end. How sad, I had this app for a long time. Very disappointing.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've faced. We understand how frustrating it can be to lose your data and experience issues with the app. Could you try adding a book manually? It might take a while to sync the data from your iCloud account. We're actively looking into the issue and will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.

Literally the perfect reading app. Tracks the things I care about, no ads or weird memberships, no social media vibes. Love having a tag for each year and for my all-time favorite books. And it makes it so much easier to keep track of all the books on my “to-read” list! Just download it.

Upload Own Cover Glitch
This app was everything I wanted and it isn’t even that expensive. The only saddening thing is that every time I try to upload my own cover for one of the books (say to match which version I have even though it’s not originally on there) there is a glitch. If I upload one cover, it’ll change all the other covers that I already uploaded to that same picture. So for example, if I upload a cover for shatter me. And then try to upload a cover for Percy Jackson, the Percy Jackson cover will show up for both Percy Jackson and shatter me. I really hope this bug can be fixed because I already bought one year of subscription without realizing.
