Bookabus Customer App
For users of our Bookabus Procurement Portal which acts as a Marketplace for soliciting of quotes and bus bookings. The Customer App provides users with job information and details pertaining to their bookings after job has been confirmed via the aforementioned Portal.
Pre-service date, Customers will have access to vehicle numbers and driver contact information along with QR code to validate each booking upon boarding of vehicle. Location information will also be displayed on day of service.
Post- service, Customers will be able to rate the service levels of the assigned vendor. Past Booking details is also available on the App via Trip History for documentation or reference purposes.
Our process structure is designed for a more interactive and less formal flow that allows for information to pass both ways between customers, their assigned users and the assigned bus vendor and relevant staff.
