Can’t access app
This app keeps crashing out. I tried everything from deleting and reinstalling the app but it still gives an error.

Reliability
I am constantly unable to clock out due to the app’s inability to function properly. This impacts my “same day pay”. We should be paid OT for the amount of time spend with their support team.

I have to reinstall this app like 2/3 times a week on top of that when I’m clocking in and it doesn’t work I go almost my entire shift and forget to clock in because of this reason. It’s sickening. But when it works it’s the best.
waste of time
I downloaded, submitted everything, they make you do a series of questionnaires about your nursing experience to get credentialed. I have yet to hear back. Theres no communication whatsoever and every time I log in I get the error saying I still need to be credentialed. Nurses - you’ve been warned.
Bad App
I’m always having to uninstall and re download, it doesn’t work more than it does . I can’t even update it either.
Constant crashes
I have to delete and reinstall this app like everyday because it constantly freezes, takes forever to load the home page, or won’t allow me to access my camera or photos to upload documents.
My opinion
It loads slow, always going out, constantly have to delete app. Don’t like it!!!!!
